The electrician has been and gone, and I'm half way through having patio door, back door and bedroom window fitted. It's been strange having various different people here. My friend, Sandra, also came round for a chat, no tea - the electricity was off!
Right now, I'm in a proper mess and the house is full of dust but there's not much I can do. I'm due to leave for a poetry course in half an hour.
Gosh, you do get some weird spam on here Linda (looking at comments above and on recent posts). I'm glad you're getting on with things in your new home and, btw, you don't need electricity to pour wine. :-)
